1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Wealthly, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Wealthly is a personal wealth tracking tool that allows you to manually enter and monitor your financial assets and liabilities. The service includes net worth calculation, historical tracking, allocation analysis, and optional AI-powered wealth diagnostics.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. One person may not maintain more than one account.

You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page, which will permanently remove all your data.

4. Free and Premium Plans

Wealthly offers a free plan (limited to 5 accounts) and a Premium plan with additional features including unlimited accounts, AI wealth diagnostics, and financial milestones.

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly through Polar. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled according to Polar's refund policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the service infrastructure
• Automate access to the service in a way that exceeds reasonable use
• Use the service to store information about other people without their consent

6. Disclaimer

Wealthly is a tracking and visualization tool. It does not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or tax guidance. The AI wealth diagnostic feature provides statistical estimates based on general data and should not be used as the basis for financial decisions.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of calculations, exchange rates, or AI-generated estimates.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wealthly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to financial losses based on information displayed in the application.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
